The planning application for Charterhall Drive have been submitted by Habiko LLP – a joint venture established between Muse, Homes England and Pension Insurance Corporation with a vision of developing affordable, low-carbon and low-energy homes in order to unlock a better future for the environment and for the communities within which it works.

The purpose of Pension Insurance Corporation is to pay the pensions of its current and future policyholders. PIC guarantees the pensions of about 350,000 people and has a portfolio of almost £50 billion from which to pay them. PIC will use their balance sheet to forward fund Habiko’s new homes.
